The house has a bathroom, two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Integrated dining table. The living room has a 4-seater sofa and 1 sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The house also has a (private) swimming pool with a table, chairs, barbecue and wood-burning brazier, and an outdoor shower. And to top it off, the property offers a breathtaking view of the Serra da Índia and the trees.

The cabin is rustic, compact and cosy, ideal for those seeking simplicity and a connection with nature. At night, the starry sky and the floor fire make everything special.

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.

There are 4 en-suites, 6 bathrooms, a private pool, barbecue grill, garden, kitchen equipped with basic utensils, 50 MB Wi-Fi, a garage for 5 cars, and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Small Pet is welcome. **Important:** You must bring bed and bath linens. The house has no air conditioning.
