The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Close to bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, market, bakery, etc. You can do everything on foot, your car can be parked in the condo all the time. The region of Visconde de Mauá is full of waterfalls, trails, rides and adventures. Great for letting go of everyday worries.

With an amazing view of Penedinho Pico, Serra where the story of Penedo began. - We provide all bedding (sheet, bedspread, blanket, quilt and 1 pillow per guest); - We provide bath and face towels for the entire stay.

Cottage in the tourist center of Penedo

The main advantage of the chalet is its location in the heart of the tourist center of Pénedo, less than 200 m from the "Casa do Papai Noël". You can stroll around at will and enjoy the restaurants, "ao vivo" music bars, craft and souvenir shops or the Pénedo box, while leaving the car in the private parking space. Six people can sleep in the three bedrooms of the chalet.
