We have a common area with a sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and billiards that can be used exclusively by appointment made on site.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
