The bright Sonnendeck apartment, completed in 2018, is located on the 2nd floor with balcony, 2 bedrooms (double bed 1.60 m wide, bunk bed 1.40 m wide, 90 cm in the upper bed), a master bathroom and a small toilet. An elevator is available. The beautiful sandy beach (approx. 5 min.) and the harbor at Salzhaff (approx. 10 min.) are within walking distance, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, an EDEKA and Netto.

The very tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the Leuchtturm residence. The modern living/dining area leads directly onto the large south/west terrace with garden furniture and awning. The sofa bed in the living area is suitable for 1 person. BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Ferienwohnung am Ostseekino

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Take a holiday in the heart of the historic old town. This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin, making it the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle, the theatre, the cathedral, restaurants, cafés, public transport, etc. are just a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
