The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, very neat, structured and conveys a total sense of security. The host, Ricardo, was extremely attentive, quickly responded to the messages and clearly explained all the house rules, which made us very comfortable. Without a doubt, it is a great option for those looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in São João del-Rei.

The cottage is exactly as described, all new, super clean, well decorated and equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels. The view and outdoor area are breathtaking. It has an excellent location, easy access with an electronic gate, close to the city center, very close to restaurants. Adriana was very kind and attentive during the stay, responding quickly. I definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend Andreia's place! The place is very nice, quiet, familiar and very cozy. The listing description is faithful to what the place delivers. We were greeted with a delicious coffee with many Minas Gerais delicacies, delicious! Andreia promptly answered all questions and needs and was helpful with everything we needed. The kitchen is super equipped, with everything you need on a daily basis. The comfortable beds, as well as the bed linen and towels provided. Inside the house, there are 2 bathrooms, one of them in a suite (outside, there is another bathroom with a shower and great for bathing). Although there is no shower enclosure in any of them, there are squeegees and floor cloths that help a lot in cleaning and organizing. The place is large, with a chicken nursery and ample space to enjoy outside the house. It is close to São João Del Rei and Tiradentes, very well located, with a very large market near the house. I thank Andreia and her husband Fabio very much, I highly recommend the stay!

The location is excellent. Everything is very clean, a space for those seeking tranquility with a rural feel and at the same time close to the center of Tiradentes. Nuno and Carla were receptive, responded quickly and cordially. Excellent cleaning, they even left us breakfast. I'll be back at this place next time I'm in Tiradentes.

We stayed two days in the Casa Tangerina of host Cecilia and the experience was wonderful! Even with rainy days, we were able to enjoy the space and the city a lot. Carrancas is super welcoming, full of charm and definitely worth knowing! The house is a delight, comfortable and full of details that make a difference. A super special bonus were the kittens who visited us — each one more beautiful and affectionate than the other! We sure want to go back!

Apt as advertised. Very well organized and clean. Kind host and all the time showed up at the disposal, even though at the last minute of having one extra guest, it was easy to solve. The apto is right in the center, so there's everything around and you can do it on foot, and I couldn't hear the noise of the street inside. I recommend it!

I loved Natalia's studio apartment! Items that are easy to find, such as blankets and towels, as well as the very sweet decoration. There were several amenities: fan, TV with Netflix, minibar and basic kitchen items. The shower was also excellent! Natália was flexible about check-in and check-out, which made our trip much easier. My only relevant negative observation for future guests is that the bathroom has no door, only a curtain, which contributes to a bad smell throughout the space depending on what is done in the bathroom hahahhaha

The stay was simply perfect! The apartment is large and exactly as described. The location is wonderful, we did everything on foot. The view does not displease either. Probably if one day I return to São João del Rei, I will stay there again.

I loved the stay! The apartment is well located, clean, cozy and had everything I needed. The host was super attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed it. One point that made all the difference was the flexibility in allowing me and my boyfriend to check out a little later as a courtesy. This helped us a lot and was a really nice gesture! I recommend it too much and I would definitely be back in the next one!

We stayed for 3 days and everything was very good. We went to the historic center on foot. Restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy are all nearby. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay in the apartment when I return to the city!
