The cottage is very cozy, in an excellent location near the center of Carrancas, but very quiet. Kitchen with everything you need. Everything is clean and cozy (good towels, linens). The host responded quickly to any questions and was still very kind to leave us some cold drinks to welcome us after hours on the road.

This was our second experience in the house. It is perfect, exactly as in the pictures. When we enter the house, we already remember all the incredible moments that we experience in it. It is a house that is already part of our memories. Bernadete and Arthur are very careful to prepare the space to welcome their guests, always cordial! Bernadete is a very special person who answers us promptly in any doubt. Super we recommend the space of Bernadete and Arthur!. See you next time!

Petra is a graceful person, she was very kind, attentive and available. The house was exactly as in the description, but just going to know how cozy and nice it is. Sipping coffee on the balcony looking at Petra's beautiful garden, waiting for the sunset... Sleeping in a hotel-worthy bed 5*... Walk two minutes and be in the stingle in the backyard... Have a wonderful waterfall less than a 10-minute walk... If it's raining and you can't leave the house, books at your disposal and smart TV. All of this you will find at Petra's place! We love it and are already advertising! Thanks, Petra ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi Hugo, the place has a delicious atmosphere! The house is comfortable, functional and charming. We love the orchard and singing of the most diverse birds that visit the place. It made me want to spend a long season there. O Marcelino and Angela are great homemade, easy access and communication. town hall left everything impeccable! I regret the implication in relation to the sound on the part of the neighbor, bringing a certain tension to enjoy the barbecue and the pool. But the place is wide and with so many other cozy environments to chat and play a guitar, without disturbing anyone. I recommend for those who like to be between São João del Rei and Tiradentes, close to the craft and furniture stores that the city of Santa Cruz offers. In addition, the ground zero of the Royal Road has the Bom dispacho waterfall and is very close by. Anyway, I hope to return at another opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

The stay was great, cozy chale, ideal for couple. basic utensils in good condition,( except bed and bath linens are not available), all working. great shower, hot water in the kitchen, solar energy, tv with Net Flix, fireplace, balcony with a very nice view of the city, beautiful place of a peace and an absolute quiet. a little distant from the city, (the q p me is something positive and is not a problem if you have own transportation.) but close to very cool waterfalls and wells. Terrain route, with some obstacles and about 4 wallets on the way. check in and quiet check out...just a little painful at the end 🥲🐝 🐝

A very attentive host and responds to all messages quickly taking all the doubts without difficulties, we arrived and we were all very well received by him, with coffee and cake ready to make it a first breakfast, the accommodations far exceeded our expectations, very well located and quiet neighborhood, very quiet street, the photos attenuate and very much the true value of the house, all of us who were 6 adults and 2 children were very pleased with the stay, for sure if we returned to the region if we are available we will stay again in that same place, once again, I thank Wenilton for the good reception and treatment with all of us.

Very good stay. The home is quite complete and comfortable. It is on the edge of the dam that has a beautiful look. Although dirt road to reach the access is very good and the roads are well taken care of. The neighborhood has very beautiful houses and a beautiful view. It is close to Itutinga and 25 minutes from Carrancas.

We are extremely satisfied with the stay. We were received in an excellent manner, with everything clean and organized. Coffee, water, fresh towels, soap and cleaning supplies were available. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm. In addition, the owner was very attentive, friendly and responsive. I'll definitely be back! 😊

A true dream! So I describe the days when my family and I spent in this charming place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos! And very complete. The pool is relaxing, the breathtaking view and the wonderful beds. Aconchego and refinement in one place. The hostess left us very well informed and extremely comfortable to enjoy unforgettable moments. We left wanting to come back! I strongly recommend it!❤️

I loved Sara's house, exactly the same in the photos. It has a wonderful kitchen, with wood stove and tds the necessary utensils to prepare a breakfast and lunch. The house is very spacious and was spotless. Sara always available to answer questions. we will return more often.
