He met all our needs. Close to the centre, a comfortable house with a very good cost/benefit. Very well cared for. Very busy street. requires a little more attention with garage maneuver, it's also good!

The cabin is wonderful. Very well cared for, very clean and all very new and tasteful. The look of the windows is beautiful. For staying in a rural area, you need to take some 700 meters of dirt road that was in good condition, with only one part that was a small part. Even though it is in a rural area, it is very close to the center of Carrancas. Moema and Caio were very willing to give us tips for everything we need. The outside area is very well cared for and beautiful....it has a path with many feet of lavender which is beautiful! We loved our stay. It's worth it and we'll be hosting again.

Very good stay. The home is quite complete and comfortable. It is on the edge of the dam that has a beautiful look. Although dirt road to reach the access is very good and the roads are well taken care of. The neighborhood has very beautiful houses and a beautiful view. It is close to Itutinga and 25 minutes from Carrancas.

I rented the house for my family to stay at my half-course party... everyone loved, they found the house wonderful! Janete was very attentive and available to negotiate times and everything! I definitely recommend!

The house is located in the beautiful historical center and is on the street perpendicular to the charming street of the crooked houses. Around you find bakeries, pharmacy and supermarket. We love the house that is old and very well preserved. A cozy, spacious and clean house. The towels and bedding were in great condition and tasty smell. The shower worked super well, good water flow and temperature variation. Cris was very solicitous, we feel very comfortable!

The place is simply wonderful! Ample, cozy and perfect for those seeking rest and tranquility. From the first moment, I felt at home — warm and comfortable. The atmosphere is light, inviting, ideal for recharging energy. I will definitely return to spend more time and enjoy even more of what this special place has to offer. the house was very clean and organized. the environment is very quiet and quiet. it is 2km of road on the ground without very sharp hills, although it has some holes and unevenness. The only issue that lacked information in the announcement was about the pool. The pool is a children's pool. The length is good and the children have enjoyed, but the adults can't enjoy. Other than that, it was a great stay and Cida and Mauro were thoughtful!

I highly recommend Andreia's place! The place is very nice, quiet, familiar and very cozy. The listing description is faithful to what the place delivers. We were greeted with a delicious coffee with many Minas Gerais delicacies, delicious! Andreia promptly answered all questions and needs and was helpful with everything we needed. The kitchen is super equipped, with everything you need on a daily basis. The comfortable beds, as well as the bed linen and towels provided. Inside the house, there are 2 bathrooms, one of them in a suite (outside, there is another bathroom with a shower and great for bathing). Although there is no shower enclosure in any of them, there are squeegees and floor cloths that help a lot in cleaning and organizing. The place is large, with a chicken nursery and ample space to enjoy outside the house. It is close to São João Del Rei and Tiradentes, very well located, with a very large market near the house. I thank Andreia and her husband Fabio very much, I highly recommend the stay!

The hostel is wonderful, with several chalets more beautiful than the other. Great to rest and enjoy nature. Beautiful Waterfalls and near the inn, which still has a grotto within the property. Gustavo's property is even more beautiful than on the photos. The view of the dam is eye-catching, especially in the morning, when sunlight leaves the water very clear, mixing in the horizon. The house is well planned, the intimate area separate from the social brings privacy and quiet to the rooms. The balconies greatly value the building. Staying in the kitchen/gourmet with the large windows and doors is delicious. If you want to enjoy the court, the property has a hammock, remember to bring a shuttlecock or ball. We were welcomed by Clovis, who introduced us to the house and all the amenities, and Gustavo was always ready to respond to us, give local tips, very available and attentive. The access to the house is easy, the dirt road is small, and the owner made a very useful video that leaves no doubt. We brought a puppy, and it was very quiet, the place is suitable for pets. We only have compliments, we highly recommend it!

The house is a great option for those seeking peace and quiet, being located in the rural area of São Thomé. But for me and my friends it was no problem because we were driving, and there are also restaurants and waterfalls that can be reached on foot. I recommend the use of repellents and leave the windows closed, as the evening arrives. All was well cleaned, and Cris welcomed us very well, our communication was quiet. I would definitely stay back!
