We appreciated being close to my husband's neighborhood in Bellevue. Quiet, clean and comfortable!!

My stay went very well. The house is well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. I will not hesitate to book this place again for my next visits.

Kim’s place is on our favorites list. We loved staying by the quiet lake. We jumped off the dock every morning when we stayed :) it was a perfect spot for a weekend (we went to a concert at remlinger farms) and yes, the interior is outdated but we believe that’s the charm of the house! The bed was very comfy and the clawfoot bathtub was a really cool addition! It was pretty spacious too. We would totally stay again if we go back to Washington! The only small downside is there isn’t a full kitchen (which is noted) because we love to cook our own meals. But honestly it wasn’t a huge problem for our weekend stay cause there are restaurants/groceries 15 min drive away. Thanks for an awesome stay, Kim!

Richard was very accommodating, communicated well, and a wonderful host overall. Beautiful surroundings and a nice, clean, quiet place to stay during our visit.

A lovely, well-designed space with lots of natural light. Finding on-the-street parking was easier than I thought it would be. Great amount of counter space in the kitchen including barstools (which helps because the kitchen table is a bit small). Big amounts of closet space. Nice having the privacy of the two bedrooms. It was also easy to drive into downtown Seattle. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

My husband and I stayed at Jane’s place for 11 nights while we were getting our floors redone. We loved the lake view, the privacy, and how friendly Jane was. It was a relaxing stay that went way too quickly. We hope to go back!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a wedding. I would recommend everyone stay here! It is like a mini apartment and Taylor & Angela have such niche amenities in their space. They truly think about what someone would forget and they have it! They were quick with responses and very helpful. When I’m back in Washington I will always stay here! 10/10 would recommend!

We were visiting family who live down the street, so the location was perfect for our stay. We used the airbnb mostly to sleep and have breakfast. The unit was very nice, clean and had a well stocked little kitchen. A bonus was the comfortable bed. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Dan’s B&B for two nights while early morning appointments at the VA hospital. We live about an hour away, so Dan’s place was an absolute gift—just a four-minute drive to the VA. The home is clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The kitchen and amenities made it easy to relax between appointments. My favorite part was the beautiful backyard—a peaceful place to sit and watch the sunset after a long day. Our stay felt restful, grounding, and truly convenient. PML 1 Traveling at 6 AM in Seattle these days reminds me of memories of LA Nightmares/1986. YUP, if you know LA, you know stress, chaos and worry during "drive time"! THAT tension has arrived here in the Greenest Green NW corner! Pondering 7 AM appointments an hour away from our home made me search VRBO...to no avail for I found nothing under $500 per night! Little did I know my partner was also searching and found this deLIGHTful treasure on a quiet corner surrounded by trees! Great humans host it too!! KK 2

I would highly recommend the sauna spot to anyone considering. We enjoyed ourselves so much in this cozy little spot. The location is perfect, super walkable, and there were many bars and restaurants nearby that were so fun. Sophie’s instructions for checkin were very thorough and we had no problems getting in.

Peter and Dah’s place is such a fabulous find. So wonderfully eclectic and unique. And perfect for a private romantic getaway! From the hot tub, sauna, and tiki style lounge space…to the retro kitschy decor and super swank subway tiled bathroom, this place is awesome!!! I would definitely recommend Peter and Dah’s place to anyone in search of a new cool, comfy, and creative space to stay. A tucked away little getaway. I would definitely stay here again. Also Peter’s communication was so prompt and personable…super helpful, friendly, and delightful all round. Top notch! Oh, and Dah’s garden was exquisite!!! Plus the arrangement of fresh peonies in the bedroom was a definitely a killer touch…so gorgeous!

This was the COZIEST bed I have slept in my entire life! We had 4 adults and 3 kids, and we were more than comfortable with privacy and quiet. Loved the space and all the extra touches for kids, and everything was labeled for ease of use and finding things. Parking was great and labeled. The steps are REAL, but as able bodied fit folks this was no problem. Just be aware if you have mobility issues (and the listing is clear about this!). Great place and hosts. :)

Wonderful place and was honestly the best part of our trip. The place was very neat and clean when we entered and felt very homie. The hosts are also wonderful and accommodated when we asked to move the check-in and check-out times. They were also very thoughtful when setting up the place and had anything we could have asked for already there without us even asking, seriously, they had everything. The only down side I could think of was that since it was an underground/basement room, it got a bit cold at times but the heater made up for that anyways. Also the backyard was very beautiful.

Great place to land for a quick graduation weekend. Amazing neighborhood with some of the best coffee and bakeries nearby. The place is clean and cozy and well appointed. Better suited for a couple with young kids over four adults. The second bedroom is the sitting room with pullout couch which when compared to the great big king may feel a bit inequitable unless your kids are teens or younger like ours. J and J were kind enough to make the pullout bed for us given a late arrival. Lots of personal recommendations too which I really appreciated. Super friendly and warm interactions and felt like someone’s home loaded with amazing books. Don’t plan on cooking big meals or freezing anything. But never fear, great ice cream down the street!

Had such a lovely stay here with my boyfriend and 11 month old. Jill, the cohost, was very sweet in making sure we had everything needed to feel at home. The studio is stocked thoroughly and thoughtfully. The amenities were quality and we were lucky to enjoy the beautiful weather through the large windows. Being from Arizona, we were not aware of the sun setting so late in the evening but with the automatic blackout curtains we had no trouble putting the baby to bed. Overall was a joy to stay here.

Lovely and convenient place to stay. The neighborhood was charming. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful gardens close by. Host is very responsive and welcoming. Comfortable bed for much needed rest.

We had a wonderful stay at Dana’s, the space was very clean and comfortable! It was the perfect place to sleep after busy days. Dana herself was very kind and communicative. Absolutely will be checking the availability for the space first if I ever need somewhere to stay in the area.

Exceeded expectations. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the easy access to the Columbia City neighborhood. In our opinion, since we have been to Seattle many times, this is the best location for walkable access to restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores, and coffee shops. We also had a vehicle and the on street parking was always available. A reality check for people with physical challenges. This may not be the place for you. The steep concrete stairway from the street to the front door is not for the faint of heart. Also, the walk back to the unit from the commercial area will get your attention. But this is the Seattle topography after all. Get used to it. We would absolutely stay here again.

I recommend this place, I move from California to here and had to find a place just until I can move into my house and found her. she been so helpful and her place is so beautiful. It’s worth it staying here plus you get an amazing view

The space is perfect for two people for a short stay. The house is super clean and we find everything very convenient. I highly recommend Alex and Emily’s place.

Amazing place in a really nice location that felt safe and private, not too far from the beach and super easy to access water taxi into the city. The space itself was larger than I expected and had absolutely everything I needed and more! I loved all the unique beach themed decor, felt cozy and classy at the same time. Pam also provided plenty of helpful instructions that made check in a breeze! All in all an excellent experience, highly recommend 👍

We have stayed here several times and it is quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Well equiped, spacious.
