We have good access to downtown. 15 min walk to the light rail station or another 5 min to be at the front door of the airport! Make this your hub for all the sightseeing Seattle has to offer. We live here with our 1.5 yr old daughter, friendly pup and cat so you may see us in the front yard or porch. Ask about pets, as long as they are friendly it shouldn't be a problem!

The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Welcome to the Hill House! Enjoy a private suite on the upper level of this home! There is a private entrance and the upper floor is all yours. Work from here in the office with two work stations which each include a monitor and docking station. The bathroom is complete with 3 shower heads, double sink, and plenty of space.
