The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

With a covered terrace and a large wooden terrace. The house is bright and friendly. 500 meters to the beach and marina Gendarmstien (hiking/bike trail) with beautiful views of Flensborgfjord.
