Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et agencée. la literie est confortable. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la vue de la terasse est incroyable et le quartier très calme. la plage en bas à 2 min en voiture somptueuse. Giuliana a été super réactive et nous a accueilli au pied levé. au plaisir d un prochain sejour

Quel accueil !! Sandro vous accueille comme si vous étiez des amis de longue date. Il nous a accueilli avec un petit gâteau. 😁. Il a également su nous donner de bonnes adresses. Tout était parfait, la maison tranquille, et située au calme. Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci beaucoup à Sandro de l'avoir rendu si agréable.

Très bon logement, conforme à la description. Environnement paisible entouré des alpagas. Le séjour fut agréable.

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Si nous pouvions mettre une note de 10 sur 5, nous le ferions sans hésiter . Nous pouvions rien demander de plus, l’hébergement est juste parfait. Daniele est tellement sympathique et réactif. Rien n’a redire.

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! Claire est une hôtesse tres sympathique, accueillante et aux petits soins pour nous. Elle nous a conseillé et nous avons eu des échanges très agréables. Son logement a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Le jacuzzi est un plus que nous avons apprécié après une journée chaude et bien remplie. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato tre notti da Mari. L’appartamento è grande, silenzioso e luminoso. Appena siamo entrati ci siamo subito accorti della pulizia e dell’attenzione verso il cliente. Un sacco di accortezze per vivere al meglio in casa e suggerimenti per visitare l’isola. Inoltre parcheggio interno comodissimo. Speriamo di tornare

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pino, Silvana und Marco waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die zwei Balkone sind ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Chiara hatte viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

Francesca et son mari ont eu un accueil très chaleureux. Le logement en pleine nature, au calme dans un écrin de roche, de pâture et de multiples fleurs est magnifique et plus encore. C'est ce que nous recherchions, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Wunderschöne Lage auf den Hügeln hinter der Costa rossa. Unser Sohn liebte das spielen im Garten, bei Sonnenuntergang auf der schattigen Terasse war das Abendessen ein Genuss. Vogelgezwitscher, sonst kaum Geräusche. Tolle Strände in naher Umgebung. Martina war sehr gastfreundlich. Mit google translator ging auch die Übersetzung auf Deutsch. Wir können die Unterkunft herzlich empfehlen.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa Falco, es war einfach nur perfekt. Die Aussicht von der wunderschönen Terrasse ist gigantisch, das Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt, wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank Ian und auf bald!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce petit paradis. La maison de Marie Dominique et Regis est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et que dire de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Santa Julia. Nous avons été accueillis par Laure, très souriante, professionnelle et disponible. Tous les conseils et les petites astuces de Marie Dominique et Regis nous ont été très précieux pour agrémenter notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit et cette magnifique maison Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

J’ai passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette superbe villa ! Le cadre est exceptionnel : la vue à 270° est tout simplement époustouflante, un vrai havre de paix. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée, et d’un confort remarquable. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée, parfaite pour se détendre à toute heure de la journée. Tout était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée, et la communication a été fluide, chaleureuse et très attentionnée. Un immense merci à Karen, qui est une très belle personne, bienveillante et disponible. On sent qu’elle met tout son cœur pour offrir une expérience inoubliable à ses invités. Je recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés et j’espère sincèrement y revenir bientôt. Merci Arnaud et très belle maison.

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka på Sardinien. Huset var perfekt för sex personer, egen pool och privat trädgård utan insyn, med plats för bil strax bredvid. Huset ligger högt med utsikt över hav och berg. Huset hade ett stort kök med all utrustning vi behövde, inklusive bra kaffemaskin! Flexibel incheckning och utcheckning, mycket hjälpsam och smidig lokal hjälp. Mina varmaste rekommendationer.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo und genossen die wunderbare Aussicht von Bett und Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Zwieback, Marmelade, Tee, Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Auf Fragen erhielten wir immer ein schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Für den privaten Parkplatz ist ein Auto kleinerer Größenklasse angebracht, wir haben es aber sogar mit einem SUV hinbekommen. 😁 Empfehlung: Unbedingt die nette Enoteca nebenan besuchen!
