Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. Part of Stazzo, on the ground floor there is a living area with a kitchen and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and sunsets, and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with an ensuite bathroom. There is an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine, with a unique view of the sunset. I live in the other part of Stazzu, so some outdoor spaces may be shared. The beach can be reached with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.
