Our lovingly furnished basement apartment can accommodate two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited detached house. We live here as a family with children. Cheap studio apartment for a lovely stay

My place is close to Darmstadt's green north, fully furnished, bright and inviting 1-room apartment - "Studio" (sleeping and living area - see pictures), where you immediately feel at home, put down your suitcase and enjoy. It was kept extra cheap for the Christmas season. If two different guests arrive, we can also separate the two box spring beds or it remains as a double bed as shown in the pictures. The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The half-timbered house, built in 1669, has been extensively and sustainably renovated and meets the highest energy requirements.
