The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Rural location in the beautiful, front Odenwald with numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling. In addition, we offer guided donkey hikes that you can book on site.

When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited detached house. We live here as a family with children. Welcome to our newly renovated 2-room apartment in the heart of Flörsheim's old town! Modern comfort with a fantastic view of the Main awaits you in 55 square metres. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a box-spring bed (100 × 200 cm). There is a sofa bed (130 × 200 cm) in the living room. We are happy to provide a cot. Ideal for families, business travellers and groups.
