Das »haus in spay« ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, erbaut um 1545 im Moseldorf Zell-Merl. Es liegt unweit des Flusses am Fuß eines sonnenverwöhnten Südhangs an der Mosel, der bekannten Weinregion mit einzigartigem Rieslinganbau und mediterraner Kultur. Das Denkmal-Ensemble mit Haupthaus, dem Ferienhaus und Steilgarten wurde in knapp 10-jähriger Bauzeit und vornehmlich in Eigenleistung aufwendig nach ökologischen und traditionellen Kriterien restauriert.

The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. Vacation home at Ulmen Castle

Super quiet location right in the heart of idyllic Ulmen. In the immediate vicinity are the historic castle ruins and the youngest maar of the Eifel, which invites you to relax in the summer. Another highlight is the Maarstollen, which opened in 2023. With a length of 124 m, you can quickly hike from one maar to another and at the same time stand in the middle of the volcano. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace ( our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine fridge from the winemaker feeling - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends.
