BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. A double bed as well as a folding sofa bed allow 2 guests to sleep comfortably, but 4 people are also possible. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Your Behrens family

Idyllic apartment in an old farmhouse

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Spacious penthouse apartment in Schönberg. The apartment is about 160 m². 2 bedrooms (1 room double bed 190 X 200 cm/ 1 room 1 double bed 190 X 200 cm and 2 side beds 140 X 200 cm). 1 spacious bathroom with bathtub, large shower and wash toilet, washing machine. Living room + both bedrooms have a TV and are air conditioned. There is a Sonos system. There is also a large roof terrace with seating area and saltwater hot tub.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
