In summer, you can start leisurely hikes right from your front door. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all cable cars for free in summer, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking paths await you amidst the snowy natural landscape.

In the center of the 3 ski resorts Diedamskopf (5 min), Damüls/Mellau (15 min) and Warth/Schröcken/Ski Arlberg (22 min) by car. All accessible by bus. Ideal starting point for walking and mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing. Ski rental and a bus stop are 100 m away (Sport Fuchs). No pets.

Our house is only for people who are really looking for relaxation and to switch off from everyday life! It is surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests. Although it is easily accessible in summer and winter, there is complete peace at night. The only sources of light are the moon and the stars. We have deliberately decided against Wi-Fi and TV. Nevertheless, there is cell phone reception and for togetherness there are cards, dice and board games.

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.
