Jean and Monique were wonderful hosts. Helpful without being officious. Pleasant and engaging, but respectful of our privacy. Very personable and pleasant to deal with all around. The house is small, as the listing clearly states, but it is well equipped and comfortable. The location is ideal for anyone who wants a quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, but with easy access to public transportation to the city. We had a bit of snow and ice during our stay and both Jean and Monique were very conscientious about cleaning the steps and walkways. All in all a perfect stay and would definitely come again.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

Great experience! The room is spacious and in an excellent location. Forest Hills is beautiful and has easy access to other parts of the city. Hosts were very responsive to any needs and ensured a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
