Ons kleine grachtenpand ligt op een steenworp afstand van het historische stadhuis, het museum en de Sint-Janskerk, wereldberoemd om zijn glas-in-loodramen. Het aanzicht van het huis dateert uit eind 18e eeuw. En binnen zijn oudere elementen uit de beginperiode (1390) van het huis te zien. Gouda heeft een station en is centraal gelegen tussen Den Haag, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft en Utrecht. De steden zijn aan te raden voor een dagtrip en goed te bereiken per trein. Ook bent u snel in Amsterdam.

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Kom genieten van deze vrijstaande moderne woning met prachtig uitzicht op de Reeuwijkse plas Elfhoeven. Een fijne rustige plek aan het water, natuur in overvloed met een mooi wandel- en fietsgebied naast de deur, het gezellige Gouda vlakbij en verschillende grotere steden op 30 a 45 minuten met auto of trein. Nb. In juli tijdens de zomervakantie is aankomst mogelijk op 22 of 23 juli voor minimaal 10 nachten. Na 10 nachten is, op aanvraag, langer verblijf mogelijk voor euro 150/nacht.

Enjoy a cottage with a fenced garden. You will stay in our beautiful cottage in industrial style with garden room and a 5-person Jacuzzi. In the garden, there is the barrel sauna with outdoor shower. Large bath towels and bathrobes are ready. The guesthouse has a nice sitting area with smart TV with Netflix. Additional mandatory fees: Use of the sauna and Jacuzzi: €50 per night Cleaning fee: €65 per stay. Pay at check in Your dog is welcome, this costs €20 per night extra

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands!
