Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The house is contemporary in design with water views. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy verandas, 1 of which has a wood stove. The bathroom with a rain shower is experienced by guests as a wellness area. In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor, there is a king-size double bed and a good single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is available for a wonderful game of football or badminton!
