We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

This is a cute and clean accommodation and suits me perfectly for visiting family in Reepham. Marion is a lovely host who I've meet a few times when we have stayed in her accommodation. Reepham has a lovely Chinese takeaway and a few pubs. The King's Arms is very nice for a drink as well as food. There is a Co-op and a Spar as well as a butchers, deli and pharmacy in Reepham. It's a 30 minute drive to Cromer or to Sherringham for the beach and seaside town. Plus lots more to do and see in the surrounding area. I would recommend.

A lovely cozy, beautifully designed stable conversion. Convenient for reepham's pubs, shops and walking or cycling the marriotts way. We liked the decor, furniture and upholstery which was all good quality. The underfloor heating worked well and the chocolate brownies amongst other essentials were a welcome addition.
