Hallo, ich bin AirBnb-Fan und habe nur gute Erfahrungen gesammelt. Somit biete auch ich diese Whg. bei AirBnb an. Wer zum BVB Spiel möchte, dem können wir ggf. Karten besorgen. Die Unterkunft liegt 5 Min. von öffentl. Verkehrsm. entfernt und hat eine gute Autobahnanb. In schöner Umgebung ist es geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien. Es handelt sich um eine renovierte, neu eingerichtete Etagenwohnung, die mit der Größe von ca. 150qm sowohl Familien als auch befreundeten Paaren, die unser Ruhrgebiet erkunden wollen, genügend Freiraum und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet . Ruhige und gut erzogene Haustiere sind ebenfalls willkommen, bitte fragt trotzdem bei der Buchung nach. Rauchen und Feiern ist nicht erlaubt, auch keine Vapos oder Shishas. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafräume mit 6 Betten, mehr als 6 Gäste nehmen wir nicht auf.

The city is within walking distance in 10 minutes without major inclines. Very centrally located on the Ruhr Valley hiking and cycling path. The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.
