Haltern am See oder Wuppertal in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bett befindet sich im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer der Wohnung befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Up the stairs is a bit steep, but there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and discount stores are also nearby . No meeting place for togetherness !!NO visitors!! No party!!
