Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Recanati

Cet hébergement est un petit paradis, avec un super accueil de Giordano, le papa de Massimo, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de visites et offert du bon vin. On avait à disposition ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner. Dommage, nous n'avons pas rencontré Massimo car nous étions absent lors de son passage. Maison très agréable, bien équipée, bonne literie, et super panorama.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Appartamento nuovissimo accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. I padroni di casa persone accoglienti simpaticissimi cordiali e molto ospitali.....ci torneremo ancora

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

La casa di Caterina è molto accogliente e confortevole, curata in ogni dettaglio, la posizione è tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere i meravigliosi borghi vicini. La nostra permanenza è stata molto piacevole. Caterina sa come coccolare i suoi ospiti.

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

Alice was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted a wifi problem quickly.

Nuestra estadía en lo de Liliana fue excelente, todo fue a último momento ya que no planeábamos quedarnos en Ancona y ella fue súper amable con nosotros, se ofreció a buscarnos y también llevarnos a conocer la cuidad cercana. En todo momento estuvo predispuesta a nuestras necesidades y hacer que nuestra estadía sea lo más cómoda posible y ¡sí que lo logró! En cuanto al lugar, es una zona tranquila y alejada de la ciudad pero podes llegar a la playa en menos de 10 min caminando. El apartamento era muy lindo, cómodo y tal cual se aprecia en las fotos. We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. Beautiful new apartment i would recommend to everyone wanting to explore Conero Riviera. So glad we found this place!Best Airbnb we ever stayed in😀Thank you Noemi for being such an wonderfull host.

abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte ,ma e stato tutto bene organizzato e comodo . l'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e i proprietari sono stati molto veloci ed efficiente nel esaudire le nostre richieste . all' ingresso dell'appartamento ci an fatto trovare clima acceso frigo già con bevande fresche e caffè molto apprezzato grazie Rachele e Conrad , torneremo sicuramente per visitare il luogo.

La casa è come in foto,forse un po’ più piccola ma esteticamente è lei. E in posizione ottima, sulla via principale che ospita moltissime bancarelle la domenica dalle 13 fino a tarda sera (ma non si sentiva nessun rumore in casa). Vicina a moltissimi ristoranti/pizzerie/bar/pasticcerie buonissime! Vicinissima al mare sia spiagge private che libere. Zona davvero ottima In casa abbiamo trovato moltissime brochure di attività da fare. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi perché comodo a tutti i servizi. Ci abbiamo davvero lasciato il cuore a Porto Recanati, è stato bellissimo e la città è bellissima e indimenticabile!

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Un dipindo da ogni finestra, paesaggio splendido! L'alloggio pulito e confortevole con tutto il necessario per la nostra famiglia, anche la piscina e il giardino sono curati al dettaglio. Ottimo punto di partenza per varie gite, con l'auto si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge e altri centri da visitare come Recanati, Osimo e Loreto. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. En dehors de la cohue. La taille est parfaite pour y passer un séjour agréable de plusieurs jours. Tout est neuf et bien propre. Et Gian Marco très disponible. J'ai également apprécié les instructions claires en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Un grand merci.

Luigi ci ha fatto scoprire il suo paese Acquaviva Picena. La sua dimora offre un panorama fantastico in un posto bellissimo che domina la vallata. 10 minuti d'auto sei a San Benedetto del Tronto. Posto fantastico per escursioni fantastiche che ti rimarranno sempre nel cuore. Nella casa non manca assolutissimamente nulla e Luigi è stato impeccabile. Grazie per la tua ospitalità!!!

L'appartamento è stata una scelta eccellente. Situato in una posizione comoda, vicino al mare e al centro. L'alloggio era pulitissimo, a prova di allergia alla polvere! Ben arredato e ben fornito. Per noi, che avevamo bisogno di preparare i pasti per la nostra bambina di un anno, è stato semplicemente perfetto. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito molti buoni consigli sui ristoranti e sui dintorni. Veramente consigliato.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Ho prenotato last minute, Alessio è stato super reattivo e confermato poco dopo la prenotazione. La casa è molto curata e all'interno di una zona privata e tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio. sicuramente tornerei

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto ,loro due persone straordinariamente disponibili e la casa talmente pulita ed ordinata che mai ci siamo sentiti così a nostro agio in altri posti come in questo .. sono stati davvero host cordiali ed in più si sono presi cura della nostra pelosina quando non siamo stati a casa ... esperienza indimenticabile infatti presto riandremo più che volentieri ! grazie..

Our stay was amazing, better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner and greater with home made wine and shown around. The surrounding grounds were immaculate and it was peaceful. Coming from America, I was sure I would be uncomfortable without AC or a fan. I found however, that we were very comfortable and the nightly breeze through the house at night was better than a fan. We would definitely stay again, we loved our week stay!
