Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

Beautiful building with two pools, a library, remote workrooms, and great for long-term stays. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, with a pool view and an outdoor bathing tub. Dining table can double as a work desk, though an extra study table with a reading light would be helpful as the hall felt a bit dark. There’s a large storage room. Facilities are excellent — a functional gym, separate saunas, library, strong Wi-Fi, and two canteens plus a restaurant. Nothing is within short walking distance, so a bike or car is needed; plenty of parking available. The reception is 24 hours and very friendly. Bike rentals are nearby. The building has hotel rooms and apartments; the host is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, an excellent place for remote work or long stays. Phuket has a relaxed vibe, more suited to people who enjoy a quieter island lifestyle. Highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful, work-friendly environment.

We stayed at Joey’s place for a week and we loved everything. He was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The house is close to the city center, everything is easily accessible. We had no complaints. Thank you, Joey!

the place was excellent. Amazing host, everytime we needed something, the team got back to us asap with the best solution. totally worth it. My only suggestion, please keep a microwave in the kitchen. rest everything is perfect. Ps. it's a gated community (of about 8 Vilas) with guards. So it's very safe.

The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

Great place for a duo or solo traveler! Very cute and cozy, has everything you could need. The host was kind and responsive with anything I needed. The condo was in the heart of boat avenue, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach near by (25 mins). However, it's probably recommended to get a scooter/Grab because it's not easy to walk every where. But overall, great experience!

Great place. A bit smaller than expected, but overall on you, clean, and very convenient. I would suggest to equip the kitchen a little bit more but other than that all is great.

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.
