Had a lovely stay, the rooms were clean and pretty, and the flat had all the amenities I would want. The pool, gym, washing machine, espresso machine, it all made my stay great. It’s very close from the beach as well.

This listing was beyond stunning. The location being right by the beach was perfect for sunsets or sunrises. Very easy to find, & an amazing perk is the restaurant right next to it! Ms. Jane was going above & beyond to make my stay amazing. The quickest host to respond at anytime of day & the friendliest when needing early check in/late check out! If anyone ever comes to Phuket hopefully you book with her because it was truly a pleasure being there!

Great machines — new and clean, everything is exactly as pictured! The location is great, the windows to the pool are quiet, there are no construction sites and noisy roads on the side. I recommend 🔥

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Stayed for 2 weeks in this amazing property. Spectacular view, 5-7 minutes to the beautiful and not overcrowded beach. Very convenient to get to other islands almost from the doorstep. Jason is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet escape.

Amazing apartment right across from the beach. Pool was beautiful, with plenty of lounges at all times. Very central location. Restaurants, convenience stores, massage and pharmacies all close by. Residence security staff friendly and helpful. Felt very safe at all times. Host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Could not fault the place and would recommend to friends and family.

Good afternoon! We spent 2 weeks in this accommodation, there were three of us, 2 adults and a 5-year-old child. From the first minute, we realized that we were lucky that the accommodation was available on our dates. The apartment is very spacious, a large living room, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. And an unforgettable terrace, where we drank coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean, and in the evening relaxed in the jacuzzi watching the sunset. The accommodation also has kayaks, a board, children's toys, etc., which can be used on the beach. The beach is right next to the villa, so next time we will need a minimum set of clothes - a couple of swimsuits and slippers - that's enough. The beach is clean, without waves. The area is far from the center, but grocery delivery works well, you can get it the next day. Restaurants, massage, pharmacy are nearby. The host is attentive and responsive, responded to all our requests immediately. Thank you Ramon for your help. We'll definitely be back. It was unforgettable.

Ross is a very kind and friendly host, and his place is. fantastic. Spacious and clean, interesting layout, and just a short walk to the beach. Ross greeted me and showed me in, gave helpful recommendations, and shared his insights on the area. Great value and highly recommended. I hope I can make it back some day.

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families, and the privacy was very good. Thank you.

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

The Bungalow is spacious and is equipped with everything you might need and more. The location is unbeatable, right on the Ao Yon beach. It’s also very private with your own parking spot. Michael is a very friendly and proactive host. A great experience which I will definitely want to repeat someday

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Wow! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Kata beach. Everything was excellent! Host was excellent and friendly and cleaning lady was so sweet too! What a fantastic first experience of Phuket! Selly went above and beyond to arrange airport transportation.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.
