Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Båthuset

Välkommen till båthuset precis vid sjön! Den perfekta platsen året om att ladda batterierna eller ha som avstamp för utflykter. Sommardagar börjar du dagen med ett morgondopp från bryggan innan du sätter dig på altanen för en god frukost med utsikt över sjön. Höst- och vinterdagar kan du tända eld i braskaminen och ta ett vinterbad innan du dukar upp till frukosten i köket, fortfarande med samma fina utsikt över sjön. Vill åka in till Göteborg så är det bara 7 minuters promenad till bussen.

Varmt välkomna till vårt moderna rökfria attefallshus på 30kvm, beläget högst upp på en kulle vid en fantastisk sjö. Här kan du luta dig tillbaka och njuta av slående utsikt över Örsjön. "Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns. Välkommen till vårt lantliga boende i Nolåns grönskande dalgång, endast 25 minuter från Göteborg. Här bor upp till 6 gäster i ett rymligt gårdshus med tre sovrum, två badrum, kök, vardagsrum och uteplats med utsikt över landskapet. Koppla av i det varma spabadet, ta en morgonkopp med utsikt över dalgången eller utforska skogar, hagmarker och vandringsleder. Här får du lugnet på landet med naturen utanför dörren och Göteborgs restauranger, shopping och nöjen inom nära räckhåll.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Stunning lakehouse - 25 min from Goteborg airport

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on a half island with everything you may need for a nice get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Vika Trollen - Idyllisk röd stuga vid stranden

Mysig stuga belägen precis vid vattenbrynet med stor terrass i söderläge. Under sommarmånaderna ingår det en roddbåt och en kanot vid den egna bryggan samt kolgrill och utemöbler. Det finns snabbt WiFi i stugan som når ända ner till bryggan. Stugan har två mysiga sovrum och ett loft där man kan umgås på kvällarna. Det lilla köket är fullt utrustat med det mesta man kan behöva under sin semester, tex mikro diskmaskin samt stor kyl och frys.

Charming cabin by the lake, just 15 minutes from Landvetter Airport and close to the city center. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility and take a refreshing morning swim. In the surrounding area, there are beautiful trails for forest walks, also ideal for mountain biking or mushroom picking for those who want to explore nature.
