The place is really super nice. The view and the pool are wonderful. You can easily get to the beach and still have your peace on the terrace. It's spacious, simple, and clean. There is a delicious pizzeria within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. One thing to keep in mind: There is a large group of street cats that are quite intrusive trying to gain access to the apartment. So you have to do something about it. So if you're not particularly cat affin, you can be warned.

For couples or small families looking for peace and tranquility and typical Tuscan is the ideal place. Authentic location... not on the sea but in a strategic position to move around several beaches and enjoy the cool of the evening when you return. Manuel is very helpful and kind.

With Federico and Fabrizio I met two kind and helpful people, who really care about the well-being of their guest. Thanks to their suggestions, I was able to get to know the area very well and make good experiences. The house isspacious, very nice and cool in summer and above all very nice and clean. I also enjoyed the outdoor spaces... In short, a beautiful vacation!

La Casina nella Contrada is simply delightful: in the center of Caldana, from which you can reach - without worrying about parking and traffic - the sea (Cala Violina, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia etc.) and the art cities of the area. The kitchen is very well-stocked and suitable for cooking even beyond simple breakfast. The bedroom, on the upper floor (with the bathroom, brand new) is very comfortable and pretty and, despite its facing a very central (and potentially noisy) area, we slept without problems.
