During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. A great place to get away from it all. Remote location with a couple neighbours and a fantastic view of the community below. Old and quaint, beautifully restored- a blend of rustic and modern. Fantastic kitchen and dining room to host a cooking class- the highlight of our stay! The host was fantastic at supporting us through our stay- booking activities and especially when we had a few hiccups. Great space inside and out for larger group. While a short 30 minute train ride from Florence be sure to check the train schedule as it can be limiting.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Silvia is a phenomenal host, everything was amazing and she even cooked for us! You need to try her wine and amazing olive oil. 25 minutes drive to Florence through some breathtaking mountain roads with best views you will see. Definitely memories for life.

Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

The stay was very pleasant, the house is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities described. The house is a short walk from the center of the village and close to a beautiful river park where you can spend relaxing moments. Paola was always kind and helpful, it's likely we'll be back by choosing the same place again.

Very comfortable and easy to reach accommodation, with parking inside the property and lots of free parking outside. The nearby dog breakage area was much appreciated, and the short distance from the beaches and the sea.

Great nice farm on the wonderful hills. Outside is enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. There is an easy dirt climb to access. Despite the small size of the countries, there is enough life in the evening and thanks to the advice of the host we met a really nice place.

We stayed in this flat as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The space is bright, airy, modern and spacious, providing ample room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was also well-equipped with all amenities we needed, making our stay both convenient and relaxing. Highly recommended!

An all-round beautiful vacation destination if you don't want to explore the area on foot. A great big house for many people even in bad weather.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

We had a great vacation with a big family, I highly recommend this place for large companies. ❤️

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.
