The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Casa Lisa is a rustic, authentic sanctuary away from the hustle of today’s mayhem yet all the everyday amenities are a short driveway. We had a wonderful few days here our hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely time, hopefully we will return in the future.

For people who seek peace in nature, want to hike and are not afraid of a kilometre-long single-lane drive, the perfect place to relax and for discovery tours in the not yet overcrowded surroundings of Florence, where Giotto, the Medici, the Etruscans and many more have left their mark. Accommodation class cut, originally furnished, top located with small terrace (unfortunately without direct exit from apartment) - ideal for enjoying the phenomenal sunsets high above the Tuscan hills. And Lorenzo is such a likeable, nice and helpful host. We are happy to recommend.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on holiday here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. The house on the river was very clean, with very large and livable spaces. Excellent starting point to visit the Foreste Casentinesi park as well as the historic villages in the surroundings. Paola was very helpful and kind, providing the house with everything you need for your stay.

Stefania is a wonderful host. She had the a/c already running to cool the apartment before our arrival since we arrived later in the evening. Stefania gave us a beautiful rundown of her village and surrounding areas and even offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant up the hill (we did take her up on that. It was a great sea view restaurant with good food!) The apartment had everything we could have needed for our long weekend stay. I cannot recommend this area enough. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Most definitely a peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would book again in the future if ever in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Their place was so quiet and peaceful yet it was just a short walk to many great attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment is tastefully presented and it was so relaxing to be there. Elena greeted us on arrival and gave us many great recommendations for the area. We had a fantastic stay at Cristina’s place in Tuscany! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. Cristina was an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, responsive, and full of thoughtful local recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. The location was peaceful and picturesque, surrounded by beautiful nature, yet conveniently located for exploring nearby towns and attractions. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!

The location of this house is amazing. It’s a little difficult to get to, but with the help of the host you can find it. It’s very peaceful, green and the views are breathtaking. It’s not too far from Florence, about a 15 mins drive to south Florence. Martin was friendly and was present during our check in. He made us feel welcome and briefed us about everything we needed to know. He was available on chat and he even gave us tips for the rest of our trip.

This was just what I was looking for. A Tuscan villa in the hills with a rustic style outside but excellent on inside. There was more space than expected: 3 queen size rooms and one twin, with 3 bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The library in the living space looks great (although you have to read Italian). Modern kitchen and great facilities. One minor challenge is the 3.7k drive off the main road to get to the property a you get used to it! Loved listening to the Cuckoos and other birds from the veranda Tommaso was an excellent and helpful host.

Beautiful home with incredible views and pool! We were looked after by Lara and Remus and had a wonderful 10 days relaxing. Easy location from which to visit Florence whilst being a peaceful and calm location to stay.

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is not better. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

I cannot brag about finding this place enough. At first I was skeptical as I have booked some places that did not match the description nor the pictures. This place far exceeded in all areas. Samantha who meet us at the location was the best!!! She gave a little history on the place and left us wanting to see before photos. This home is amazing! It was clean, well laid out and full of amenities. The surrounding were so peaceful, well laid did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this place enough.
