Had a wonderfully quiet weekend in "de Snurker". It's exactly what you think it is: quiet, cozy and cozy. Completely recovered from the hustle and bustle in the house this warm cottage. Enjoyed the gas fire bowl outside under the blankets on the comfortable sofa. Do you want to relax for a while? Book this cottage. Our dog Charlie also had a wonderful time here. Was really a plus for us.

Very nice house with great garden. We were here with a group of friends and were able to enjoy the area, also thanks to renting bikes through Joost. Also close to Den Bosch so everything was nearby. Absolutely recommended!

The home was absolutely amazing, very quiet area and we were not disturbed by Pizza downstairs (it is closed on Monday-Tuesday) on other days it closes at 23 (it was ok for us) We are a light-sleepers, but here we felt like at home, very good beds and pillows. The house is spacious and the terrace is fabulous. The neighborhood is quiet during evenings.

We would like to thank our hosts Ingrid and Luc for the wonderful time in Balen. When we arrived, Ingrid greeted us with the key and a tour of the house. The accommodation was very clean and quiet - in the middle of the forest, but easy to reach by car. The next day, we were allowed to watch a horse feeding and admire the orchard. There is a nice hiking trail nearby, which is recommended. Thank you for the wonderful holiday, hospitality and generosity! We will be happy to come back!

Had a great stay, host was in the house next door so we could ask anything directly and if we needed anything it was there immediately. Super friendly. Everything was present in the house and it was super clean. Definitely recommended!

We had a nice short vacation in Gwen's cottage with our dog and cat. Super location to visit Efteling. It all looked like the photos. Everything is tastefully decorated but not overloaded. The kitchen is a bit outdated, but fits the style of the house. All the necessary appliances are available, we still had to buy a few basics such as oil and baking paper. The oven is a little zicky, but it's enough to bake rolls or pizza if you have some patience. The 😉 shortcoming for me was that you can't ventilate downstairs (except by opening the front door). Upstairs is nicely renovated and bright. The large bedroom even has air conditioning. The bathroom can be seen in one place or another (shower wall, silicon grout), but everything was cleaned in the best possible way. You have to be careful with the steep stairs. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward and flexible thanks to the key box. Gwen was always reachable and friendly.

This place is wonderful! The hosts are great and so helpful. The cottage is neat and clean and its placement next to walking trails is great. This accommodation can only be recommended!

The tiny house was a quiet, peaceful place to stay with the basic things I needed to feel settled: a great couch, windows onto a beautiful garden, a comfortable bed, a fine kitchen, coffee, and a cozy loft. Sjoukje was a lovely host and went out of her way to accommodate me and make my stay easy. She lent me a bike and gave me lots of advice about the local area. I really appreciate her and my time here.

The house turned out to be wonderful. even better than in the photo. The hosts are very friendly. Everything is done for the convenience of the guests. We really liked it. I highly recommend visiting this house.

We and our dog liked it very much, the pool and the garden were very large, deer sometimes came to the property in the middle of the forest! We didn't miss anything and the dog had a great time. The holiday home was great, everything clean and very inviting, we can only recommend it!

From the welcoming till the end our experienxe was extraordinary. Tom is an amazing host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. His property is a pure oasis of relaxation, unique and was beyond of our expectations. There's pool, sauna, bbq, outdoor shower and beautiful seating areas. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic relaxing getaway.

It was a very nice getaway for us. We all felt comfortable right away. We were there with family (two adults and 4 teenagers) and two dogs and everyone loved it! Thank you Lia for the great stay with you. We'd love to come back!

An oasis of peace. In nature among the horses. A warm welcome. I came to relax and unwind. All the ingredients are there to help you find yourself. Everything is in tip top shape

Very clean chalet in a peaceful location. Beautiful views and a nice terrace. The yard is perfect for a BBQ and there are plenty of games to enjoy. It would be even better with a few extra blankets. Liezbeth was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing 2-night stay

The stay is very nicely decorated with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Nice base from which to see the many sights of beautiful Brabant. Petra and Cees are lovely people who welcome you very warmly upon your arrival.

We spent one weekend in the idyllic 'forest house' of Annelies and Jeroen. Everything was fantastic and the hosts very nice and helpful. We would book again immediately if we were near Breda!

Great Cost Cosy Chalet for a nice stay in Holland .

Great location for trips to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The apartment is complete with many amenities and space bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. Annelies is hospitable, complete in her instruction and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed it from start to finish and look back on a fantastic Pentecost weekend. Thank you Annelies and who knows, see you soon....

It was even more beautiful than in the photos and completely suitable for the wheelchair! Perfect garden for the kids with lots of playground equipment and goats.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very neat and well cared for, exactly as in the photos. The area is beautiful and wonderfully quiet. We have had beautiful bike rides and walks in the area. The sauna was wonderful and provided that extra bit of luxury. The BBQ is also a nice addition and creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening. The host was super friendly, we felt welcome right away. Definitely recommended!

Had a lovely long weekend. The chalet and outside area was incredible! Had everything you needed! Made me feel right at home. Not much around the area but close to other towns etc.. We would 100% return and recommend 😊

The place is as described by Karin. The chalet is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. Communication with Karin was very straightforward and she was always available. She had given us tips in advance where we could go for a walk with our dog. The area was fantastically beautiful and we were delighted.
