Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts straightforward and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and rest. Absolutely recommended!

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really something! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "cricket chirp radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well block out the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our sole use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Absolute enthusiasm. I have fallen in love, the house is a force. Andri has carefully planned the renovation down to the last detail and did not save anything. A privilege that Andri rents out his house. I hope he will do this for a long time. The materials, the architecture, the furnishings, everything at its best. Even the sauna is designed. Everything is as beautiful as pictured. In addition, the history of the house in this beautiful village. Andri and his parents are extremely likeable, we felt very welcome. We, our sons and their friends who were there, were all thrilled and really appreciated staying so nice. The snow conditions in Scuol were still very good at the beginning of March despite high day temperatures, even the dream slope to Sent. You can drive to nearby Ftan, where you have access to the entire ski resort. Many thanks to Andri and his parents. Looking forward to the next stay.

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did many hikes from the house, where we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so we wouldn't have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna up to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to find another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

What a fabulous stay at Erika’s amazing house! Beautiful views from the terrace and a fantastic location ! Walking distance to the town with great restaurants ! The house was spotless and very well equipped and Erika friendly and very helpful coming to find us when we arrived in the town!! I will definitely be booking again! Thank you so much!

This is the second time we have stayed at the chalet and it is always wonderful to spend time there. Extremely quiet area surrounded by greenery and silence, the house has practically everything you need. Great place to spend a relaxing holiday, but for more active people there are many possibilities a few kilometres away. We'll be back in September!

Christine is an extraordinarily loving, cosmopolitan, kind-hearted hostess who answered questions at any time, gave valuable tips about the area and always took care of the well-being of her guests! Every morning we enjoyed eating the wonderful organic eggs on our wonderful private balcony, which is half in the sun and half in the shade in the morning. A wonderful oasis of joy and pleasure! The garden is a paradise for people who appreciate space and tranquility, a shady spot or even a sunbath. Thank you for having us as your guests, dear Christine!

We had an amazing stay during our weekend in Bolzano! The place was exactly like the photos, super clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the host was super kind and friendly to us!

Our 14-day stay with Susanne and Mati was wonderful. The apartment has a great location, is very attractively furnished and superbly equipped (even different detergents, umbrellas, slippers, extra blankets, all kinds of spices, lunch boxes —-> almost like home😁) The covered balcony overlooking the Mediterranean garden was a highlight and was used by us every morning and evening. All around a perfect accommodation with wonderful landlords :-)

Rosa’s stay is everything you wish every Airbnb stay was. Her hospitality felt like coming home to my mom’s house! Everything from the sweet toys for our kids to the food in the fridge - I was elated after a long drive. It is a dream stay for a family and felt more like a three bedroom because we could set up the crib in the playroom for the baby. The location is so easy too. Edith’s place is fantastic. Beautifully presented three bedroom apartment with huge living space. The hosts are excellent and provide quick responses to any requests. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate in booking again when visiting the Dolomites.

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

Amazingly restored villa!! My family and friends enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful stay for a few nights —hard to beat the surrounding views and nearby hikes! Highly recommend!

The house is very nice, everything is very cared for and very comfortable, it has incredible views Anna was very attentive and has a super nice person in charge. The only thing is that the arrival is very difficult, it is not suitable for the elderly or with some disability you have to go down on a gravel ramp and to go up it. Susana helps you with malestas but it's a little complicated

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

The accommodation is elegantly and stylishly furnished, you have a great view and a very relaxed location. The communication worked perfectly and Matteo was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the neighbouring dogs were very loud and the price did not include the tourist tax. Nevertheless, 5 stars because it was simply beautiful.

Casa Colina is a very special place. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the location is superb. The property is such a beautiful, peaceful place. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here and would highly recommend to other guests.
