In leafy yet central location Heiligenhaus we offer in a separate apartment on the ground floor of our house friendly guestrooms within easy for 1 max. 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Cozy home with lots of comfort!

Our accommodation is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking facilities directly in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk, a forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center can be reached under one km. A bus stop with connection to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will greatly appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The 2-room apartment with 55sqm is located at the upper end of the pedestrian zone in the heart of the historic old town of Ratingen. It is located on the high ground floor of an apartment building (3 steps to the hallway, otherwise everything is on the ground floor), the upper floors of which are privately occupied. All windows have shutters and are not visible from the street. The bedroom is facing the courtyard and is beautifully quiet. The apartment has just been renovated and is in absolutely mint condition.

We offer a beautiful apartment on the edge of the forest near the Neandersteig and the Radpanoramaweg in Heiligenhaus. The apartment is completely newly renovated. The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.

Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

Thanks to the connection with public transport, you can easily reach your destinations in and around Düsseldorf. We are cosmopolitan and looking forward to seeing you. For short stays, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms.
