Woodside is a stunning 1850s Victorian mansion. The beautifully renovated top floor apartment has two bedrooms and private bathroom. There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. I expect to be at the lodge to meet you when you arrive. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. This apartment in tastefully decorated, situated in a residential area, walking distance to Kirn Victorian promenade and all local amenities.close by local activities include golfing, pony trekking,fishing ,hill climbing,and many more to explore. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left. My priority is to protect my guests.

Our fully equipped flat is part of the upper story of a victorian villa on the western shore of Loch Long. Originally built in 1860 and extended in 1910, the house has fabulous views of the loch. The flat is very well equipped and has everything you need for your stay in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
