There is no way to accurately describe the views of the Tuscany countryside from this wonderful villa. The updating of the house left nothing to be desired. Indoor and outdoor amenities are perfect for a large group or family. It's a great home base, as it's centrally located. We took day trips to Assisi, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Monticchhiello, Pienza, Siena, and Orvieto. And so close to the hidden gem of Bagno Vignoni - don't skip it. Kathleen was one of the best hosts we have ever had. From recommendations and directions to introductions to chefs and wine tour guides. She was quickly responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. You will love everything about this place. We would definitely go back.

Rosanna und Patrick sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, mitten im Grünen, total ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, kein unnötiger Krempel. Wir liebten den Blick aus dem Küchenfenster, wenn wir unser Essen zubereiteten. Der super gepflegte Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und Verweilen ein! Viele tolle Orte in Umbrien, wie Assisi, Perugia, Gubbia, Montone, Lago Trasimeno ... sind schnell erreichbar, aber auch in der Toskana, wie Arrezzo, Cortona, ... ist man gleich. Die Empfehlungen von Rosanna oder Patrick waren immer hilfreich. Wir sind sicher, wir werden wiederkommen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

Nous avons passé deux semaines chez Rolando et Patrizia avec nos deux enfants d’un an et trois ans. L’endroit est absolument magnifique avec une vue sublime. Ils ont eu beaucoup de petites attention pour nos enfants tout au long du séjour. C’était toujours un plaisir de discuter avec eux. Arrangeants, très prévenants. Les enfants étaient toujours contents de les voir. Pour ce qui est de la maison, elle est très agréable et facile à vivre. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus. Et à nouveau les vues nous ont comblés tout au long de notre séjour.

Our stay at Marion’s place was incredible! She was so responsive to all my questions and needs. We stayed in the largest apartment they have and it was so wonderful to have a private bedroom and bathroom for all of our family. The linens were fresh and white and smelled like orange blossoms. We ate one night at the restaurant and the food was delicious! As we were in Tuscany for a wedding, we were not able to eat there again, but would have loved to. The grounds were beautiful and immaculate and the pool so refreshing. Luca was so helpful with anything we needed. If we ever have the opportunity, we will stay there again! Thank you for making our stay so stress-free and lovely!

La casa era impeccabilmente pulita, fornita di ogni comfort e incredibilmente calda, nonostante il freddo intenso all’esterno. Marco e Lorena si sono rivelati ospiti eccezionali: gentili, cordiali e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. È stata un’esperienza bellissima, da consigliare assolutamente. Tommaso und Marta sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachten Kuchen und Brot empfangen. Es gibt einen SPA Bereich, den Pool haben wir ein paar Mal genutzt. Ein Highlight für unsere Tochter war der Besuch der fattoria, das wir Familien mit Kind sehr empfehlen. Sogar einen Kindersitz für die E-Bikes hat Tommaso montiert. Es war wunderbar. Wir empfehlen es weiter!
