Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Myklebu is a 50 year old cabin located all for itself in the pine forest of Sjodalen, Vågå. Summertime you drive all the way, but in winter you have to prepare to go skiing. This is the cabin that is both small and primitive while being modernized with newly inlaid power. Here you live far from people right in the middle of nature's own amusement park, absolutely perfect for your outdoors. Water you have to bring or pick up from the creek. What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home in your beautiful Airbnb. The attention to detail ein every part of the space made our experience truly special. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and so thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort. The location is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to those stunning views every morning was an unforgettable experience. Whether it was enjoying a cozy evening indoors or heading out to explore the surrounding nature, this place was the perfect base for our adventure in Norway. Amazing cabin with truly beautiful views. Loved having the BBQ grill. Good quality gravel road to get to the cabin, with many switchbacks. It takes around 10 minutes to drive there from the main road - not good if you're scared of heights!

I had a wonderful experience with Rannei, who is an excellent host. She welcomed me warmly (even though I arrived late, unfortunately). She prepared her house, which was warm, clean and had a vase of freshly picked flowers. I would have liked and wished to have stayed longer. The accommodation is very comfortable, Rannei is very friendly and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking. I recommend and hope one day return!
