Monthly Rentals in Rancho Cordova

I fell in love with Tan's place. He spared no expense in building a beautiful suite for his guests. The bed is amazing and the bathroom felt like a high end hotel. I recommend this place to everyone. 10++++

Solid price for a really solid 1br apartment in a great area

Balwant's house worked so well for us! We closed escrow and had to move out of our neighboring house a few minutes away and had a month before we could move into our new house under construction. We were able to stay for 4 weeks and truly felt a home. The back yard is spacious and worked great for our dogs with the large concrete patio/sidewalks and artificial turf. The TV is huge and set up to easily watch our streaming services. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need and don't miss the 'secret' pantry! That was a life saver since we had to bring over our whole pantry of food since we were there for so long and didn't want to store it. As far as the area, I've lived in RC for 15 years. You definitely feel like you are in the country as the house backs up to open acreage yet developed. You will definitely hear coyotes at night and see cows off in the distance. You are 15 minutes from Folsom and many local breweries in Rancho Cordova. A great place to stay!

Tracey, is a wonderful host! I enjoyed my stay and I would happily stay at her place anytime in the future. I highly recommend her place. I can honestly say I feel that I make a friend too.
