On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a free parking space on the road. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

Enjoy the wonderful view from the sunny balcony of my cosy home. I only rent out the apartment when I'm not there. This allows you to enjoy the special feeling of a real second home in the mountains. The apartment has character, high-quality details and a roof terrace. Ample space for up to 8 people in 2 bedrooms and 2 comfortable sofa beds. Ideally located between the Mayrhofen and Zillertal Arena ski resorts. The ski bus and train stop are right outside the door.

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

Haus Claudia

€3.20 local tax will be charged per person/per day on site. Right near the valley station Horbergbahn, which is in the Mayrhofen/Mountopolis ski area. The apartment is in a very quiet and sunny location. However, you can reach the center (such as Mayrhofen) in a few minutes on foot, by train or by car. The property also offers a lockable garage for skis and a ski boot dryer.

Relax in this quiet space in a central location. Flat located on the 2nd floor of a historic house dating from 1425, 80 meters from Piazza Città.
