Great for fishing, diving, snorkelling, swimming and relaxation – all year round. 8 (10) sleeps. 5-minute walk from the car park (path + steps). A backpack and good shoes are recommended. 1 parking space (possibility for more). Electricity and water for boat guests by agreement. Lots to see and do in the area – just ask, I'll be happy to share tips on attractions and destinations!

Feel free to bring your own kayak to enjoy the archipelago, or bring a bike to take you around the various islands!

Tree top cabin for romance and nature experiences

Tree top cabin on steel frame perfect for those who want to relax in the treetops and turn off the phone and listen to birdsong and the wind or the total silence in the evening only interrupted by the Owls. Great close contact with birds and fjord views in the winter months. Limited due to leaves on the trees in the summer but a short walk to the beautiful Svaberg and beach. Here you can also go for walks in the woods or on local peaks or on a day trip to Folgefonna summer ski resort. Trolltunga can also be a destination if you want to go on a long trip.

Nice house with boat at Osterfjorden

Here you can enjoy the lake with the boat located in the jetty, 5 min walk from the house. 45 min drive to Bergen. In the surrounding area you can take mountain trips, visit the beautiful beach as well as sand volleyball and tennis court at Hjellvik, 2 km away. A 14-foot plastic boat from 2021 with a new 6 hp located in the jetty 400 m from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bicycles in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain trips. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is 1 hour walk from the door.

Beautiful Hardanger, Folgefonna, Trolltunga, Jondal

Semi-detached home was new in the summer of 2019. It is beautifully located on the fjord edge of Torsnes. The holiday home is fully equipped and has panoramic views of the fjords and mountains. At the house there is an outdoor area with a quay and a small private beach. It is well located for fishing in the fjord. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The whole house consists of two separate apartments. This is one of them and is one of them. The smallest unit is in the front of the house. Jondal is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.

In this place you can find peace for both body and soul. The apartment is located in a peaceful spot on Osterøy, without noise and engine noise. From the apartment you have lake views of the beautiful Osterfjorden, and can enjoy the sunset from a cozy garden just outside the entrance. Parts of the apartment are brand new (June 25) and appear both practical and homey. There is a short walking distance to mountain trips, beach and sports facilities. Possibilities to rent extra cottage with room for 2-3 children. Fresh eggs in the chicken coop.

Fantastic ocean views. Sotra Glamping

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, while it is central. Only 30 minutes drive to Bergen, and 10 minutes drive to Knarvik center. Walking distance to the nearest Kiwi store.

The sunset is spectacular in winter, while in the long, bright summer evenings you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere in and outside the Birdbox. Bergen Birdbox is located on the pasture of Øvre Haukås Gård, where sheep graze all year round. In spring you can be lucky and experience panoramic views of the lambing.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Sofia's house with fjord view - 30 min from Bergen

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.
