On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction hob, a wood-burning stove and a bathroom. The mezzanine houses the double bed and the option of adding a single pouf bed. The barbecue area, the pergola with kitchen, the swimming pool, and the outdoor bathroom and shower are for shared use.
