A comfortable 35-square-meter house with a refined and minimalist style, which includes a large bedroom complete with a double bed in an airy alcove and two single sofa beds, a full bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking almond and olive trees of over 100 square meters, where the outdoor kitchen is located. The Casetta is located a short distance from Casa Romanello, our other property with which it shares the beautiful swimming pool, but it has separate open spaces that guarantee privacy.

With a saltwater pool and a unique view of the sea and the Irminio river valley, Casina Lanterne 2 is one of two neighbouring and mirror-image studios, each 32 m². On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction hob, a wood-burning stove and a bathroom. The loft accommodates the double bed and offers the possibility of adding a single bed. The outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, swimming pool, shower and outdoor bathroom are for shared use.
