With a saltwater pool and a unique view of the sea and the Irminio river valley, Casina Lanterne1 is one of two neighbouring, mirror-image studios, each 32 square metres. On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction hob, a wood-burning stove and a bathroom. The mezzanine houses the double bed and the option of adding a single pouf bed. The barbecue area, the pergola with kitchen, the swimming pool, and the outdoor bathroom and shower are for shared use.

The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church.
