My place is close to Stratford upon avon, Oxford, Silverstone, Blenheim Palace and outlet shopping at Bicester village. Close to the beautiful Cotswold villages including Stow on the Wold, and Burford. Easy access to London and Birmingham. Walk the footpaths and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

A 17th century thatched countryside retreat.

You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is no shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

The Coach House is a beautiful, well decorated, self-contained apartment with incredible country-side views towards Edge Hill, Brailes three peaks and stunning Walton Hall. High ceilings, modern interiors and a beautiful location. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, and Silverstone (30m). Nesting Red Kites regularly fly overhead. Very well appointed it makes a perfect spot for a romantic break. You are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.

Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

Lounge space and double bedroom area upstairs. Sleeps 2 but double sofa bed available. Fully enclosed garden allowing a safe haven for your canine friends. Access to this secluded property is down a 400 yard farm track through the Red Horse Vale woods and offers panoramic countryside views.

Be captivated by the sensational views across the North Cotswolds to the Malverns Nestled on the edge of Burton Dassett Country Park this tiny house is set at the stables amongst the animals at the Grove, with Llamas, Alpaca, horses & sheep on show around the estate This deluxe tiny container house features a standard double bed, full shower room and kitchenette. The property is fairly close to the motorway so some road is possible when outside dependent on weather conditions.

Farthings Cottage is a little hideaway in our garden close to our house but with a feeling of privacy. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford on Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are nestled away in our 26 acres of horse fields and forest. As well as two children there is also one friendly golden, a cat and five horses. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as we are a drive away from all amenities.
