The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Bungalow Millau

Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.

The large kitchen is equipped with a Swedish stove, and the farmhouse parlor is another cozy room featuring a tiled stove. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, all furnished with comfortable double beds. For your personal wellness, we offer 2 bathrooms with an infrared cabin, where you can relax and rejuvenate your muscles after an active day in the mountains. Additionally, there are 2 WCs available for your convenience.

A new built 33m2 apartment with lake views and easy access to village, lake, ski lifts, cross country skiing trails and hiking trails. Open plan room with king size bed, TV, WIFI, couch, dining table, full size kitchen with oven, hot plate, dishwasher and coffee machine, a spacious bathroom with shower and terrace with outdoor furniture.

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
