Gorgeous and well equipped house. The heated pool was perfect for hours of fun, the views from the house were fantastic and the Viking Museum is only a 20 minute walk along the coast away. Roy is a very helpful and polite host, always quick to respond.

Great stay in the house. The host was quick to respond when there was an error message on the pool and he quickly came to the place and fixed it. Delightful heated pool. Quiet and peaceful area with short distance to the sea.

We had a fantastic weekend at Terje and Helene's house. The kids were having a great time with the pool. Huge cozy house in lovely surroundings. Peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were very nice. Answer quickly and clearly. Very helpful in finding solutions. We arrived late and had to get up early the next day. Terje and Helene solved this for us in the best possible way. Can really be recommended! We will gladly come back!

We had an unusual situation where another AirBnB rental fell through at the last minute, in a remote area. Stina was enormously helpful in getting us settled and comfortable in a very short window. Outstanding host!

A lovely and practical house with extremely nice and comfortable outdoor area. Perfect in the summer when the weather is nice. Friendly host who responded to inquiries incredibly quickly. The house was functional, spacious and beautiful. Slightly limited kitchenware if you are going to bake or make more advanced dinner, but the most necessary was available. Was a little surprised that there was extra charge per person since the listing said a maximum of 14 people. This pricing did not work optimally for us who were one family who were supposed to have a visit for parts of the period. The host resolved this with the price of average people staying overnight. What we set the price! The place is highly recommended if you are many people who want a relaxing holiday stay together.

Incredibly nice home with plenty of space. We were 6 adults, 1 teenager and 5 kindergarten children and it went just fine. Long table with room for everyone, private TV room and child-friendly garden with trampoline and playhouse. Big and small had a good time. Short distance to the coast in quiet and cozy area. We felt at home 😊

A very cozy summer place where you would like to spend more time Communication and understanding were outstanding. It was a pearl by the sea with a host who gave us the opportunity to check in earlier and had a great understanding of our needs with the children. This is really recommended for those who want to get away to the sea where there is plenty of space to stay both outside and inside.

Tone's house has been an excellent place for our 11-day stay! We felt at home right away. Well-equipped modern kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher, as well as freezer and washing machine in separate room). Cozy living room with plenty of seating and a large dining table! Nice: loft living room under the sloping roof with great views of the Oslofjord in the west (sunsets!). Communication with Tone has been very good and handover of the key was problem-free. The house and the houses around it stand on historic ground, which previously belonged to Værne Monastery (today a private farm). Værne was the centre for local kings in the Iron Age, and from 1190 to 1532 it was the site of a Knights Hospitaller monastery (Norway's only). It is great to walk along the beach edge north and south of Fuglevik harbour. We also found many nice (bicycle) trails through deciduous forests, nature reserves and cultural landscapes and past older farms. NOTE! Nearest grocery store: SPAR Ekholt, along Rv 118 towards Moss, approx. 4 km (by car). Recommended: "Restaurant Ro" south of Moss.

We had a fantastic four night stay at the house, with ten persons in our group (three couples and four individuals). Eivind gave us clear instructions about travelling from Oslo S central train station to local station Rygge (a taxi ride or 20 minutes walk from the property). Eivind lives a few minutes away, and met us at the property on this occasion. Eivind and colleagues at Gjesterom (Norwegian for "Guest room") responded immediately to any questions we asked them online - such as information about the air conditioning, checking out arrangements etc. They also offered information about the locality, shops, restaurants etc. The closest 'shop' is the 7-11 at the petrol station just beyond Rygge train station (about 1.1 km / 0.7 miles). Otherwise it's best to get a taxi to Moss to use the supermarkets if you haven't a taxi. We had the very best of stays, thank you, and would definitely stay again.
