In the neighbourhood, you will find Støtvig Hotel with a spa, restaurant, etc., Losen café with concerts throughout the summer, a convenience store, beaches galore and hiking opportunities both along the sea and in the forest. Everything is within walking distance. A perfect base for both relaxation and an active holiday with enjoyable experiences by the sea.

Great apartment, 80 m to the lake

Enjoy the garden, the orangery, the playhouse and the sandbox. Walk 80 meters down to Svaberg and the swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, Frisbee golf and sand volleyball court. Marina and dining place 1 km away. Hiking trails 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, extra mattress topper for sofa bed is in the closet in the laundry room/storage room. 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 child travel bed. Towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used.

Bryggerhuset Guest House

Welcome to our cosy guest house in Råde! Here you stay in a quiet but central location. There is a short walking distance to a swimming area, fishing/kayaking and great hiking areas. "Bryggerhuset" has one bedroom with a double bed and a flexible 180 cm bed in the living room that can be separated into two single beds. For groups of more than 4 people, "Bua" can also be used as an extra bedroom. In "Bua" there is a double bed and a sofa bed. Parking for 1–2 cars, and only 900 metres to Karlshus town centre with shops, restaurants and public transport.

We rent out a cabin and annex with a fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Lake view and large garden with room for lots of play and fun. The cabin is located within a short walking distance from the convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, jetty and beach. Large lawn with football pitch, playground and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

Connect to nature in this new small house. Everything is renovated in 2026. The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 metres from the sea and has a fantastic view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a spa, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area and some fantastic sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach where you can swim, dive and jump from the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbank that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the bottom of a cul-de-sac.
