Whether you are wanting to hike or hunt, you are close to it all. You will have great cell phone reception with a Verizon cell tower only 1/4 mile away. Dogs are welcome with a $50 per pet fee, max 2. We do HIGHLY suggest an all wheel drive vehicle to navigate the driveway. Hot tub will be closed from mid December-March
