The balcony is both under the roof and outside and offers a hot tub that can be used for a small fee. Perfect sun position with morning sun on the front and evening sun on the back by the balcony. In the vicinity there is both lake and forest, playground, football and basketball court (balls are available to borrow) and walking distance to Arvika's finest beach with mini golf course, illuminated walking track and canoe rental.

We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.
