Holiday houses in Råbäck

The hosts Peggy and Pär were wonderful and extremely welcoming. The cottage was as indicated in a beautiful nature reserve and was located on a large lake. You can relax there and for children there was also a lot to do. Nature lovers like us could walk to their heart's content in the vast nature. Pär is a very experienced person who can tell you all about nature and everything to do with it, we learned a lot from him about Sweden. I would highly recommend this cottage and their hosts.

To say we had a nice stay would be an understatement! The accomidation is so lovely and we had an amazing vacation. The pool deck is even nicer than you might think from the pictures. The pool costs a little extra (120€ for the week as of 2022), which would have been nice to write in the listing. Given the pool is heated and has to be maintained the cost is understandable though of course. The next grocery store is about 15min by car and the next bigger town about 40 to 50min. Given how nice the house is you might not want to leave though :) We had a lot of fun taking the SUP and the canoe out to the lake, we even had the chance to do this with our little dogs for the very first time, so that was a really great experience. There is even a grill, which Linda and Peter were kind enough to let us borrow. All basic spices, oils and such were also there to borrow. The surrounding forrest is beautiful too and there were plenty of mushrooms to pick. Lastly two things worth noting (These werent issues for us but might be worth knowing for others). Both the pool deck and the garden are not fenced in, so if you have small kids or dogs you will have to keep an extra eye out. And the larger beds in the main house are in separate rooms but the rooms are only separated by a curtain. Again, these were really non issues when you take into account how lovely the rest of the place was! So, thank you again for letting us stay here, Linda and Peter!

Peaceful and beautiful place. I really enjoyed this house and have a wonderful moment. Luckily, I saw the Aurora in the night time. Small town is not too far away from the house, whenever I want to buy something, I just visit the town easily. Also the town have a great swimming pool. I really love the swimming pool. Only one thing, since I do not know how to use motor boat, I could not use it. Also, before I arrived there, I asked some questions about fishing equipment rental and host borrowed me the fishing equipment, although I could not use it due to motor boat issues. Anyway, the host was very kind and provide useful information to me. Highly recommend this house 👍

Our stay in Åsarp was simply unforgettable and we owe this above all to our wonderful hosts Sandra and Helge. For eight nights, we were allowed to stay in a lovingly furnished home in the middle of nature, which left nothing to be desired. The place was spotlessly clean and designed with noticeable warmth. What makes this place special is the honest hospitality and of course Cindy, the enchanting dog who has taken our heart by storm. Sandra and Helge were always friendly, attentive and pleasantly reserved, just perfect. You can feel when hosts are there with their hearts and that was exactly the case here. We are thankful for this break full of peace, nature and warmth. Tack så mycket – we hope to see you again!

Thank you for a nice time in Sweden. We enjoyed the accommodation very much. A great location right by the forest. Every morning and evening deer were visiting. A great kitchen with lots of space for cooking and cozy living room for many people. Fireplace room, cinema, there was nothing missing. A short way to the lake to a great swimming spot or lock cafe. Good starting point for doing.

We stayed for one night while traveling south from Tiveden National Park. There were two of us and our dog. The host's communication was clear, and check-in was very easy. The place had everything we needed. They even had food- and waterbowls for our dog❣️ Thank you!

We enjoyed this charming cottage very much. Secluded location, cozy garden, nice surroundings and good walking opportunities. Great location for exploring Kinnekulle, the cottage is also close to Kinnekulleleden.
