Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Terrific place! The corner location with windows on two sides meant that the apartment was bright even in gloomy weather, and the views over canals on both sides provided lots of interest. It's a great central location-- we walked everywhere we wanted to go-- and yet was quiet at night. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property! Emily was extremely kind, responsive, and proactive, making sure we were well-informed and comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—well-equipped and thoughtfully decorated. It’s in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. One thing to note: there is a steep staircase leading up to the apartment, which Emily had kindly informed us about in advance. It’s manageable, but we’d recommend avoiding large or heavy luggage if possible. Thank you for the warm hospitality and making our trip so enjoyable!

Regina's place is in a great location, so much to see and do nearby and a 15 to 20 min. walk will get you to just about any other place in Amsterdam that you might want to visit. The apartment is comfy, and stocked with everything you may need. Yes the stairs are narrow and curve but we loved that part of the quintessential Amsterdam home. We didn't have any issues with noise while we were there - it is a city, and you are a few doors down from a main street in the Red Light District, but her street is residential, quaint and quiet. Regina is a fantastic host - and there for any questions, or recommendations.
